Yin yoga practice is a wonderful all-levels practice that consists of postures supported using props meant for your body and mind to relax deeper using breath, stillness, and gravity. Practicing several poses to focus on applying moderate stress onto the connective tissues – tendons, fascia, and ligaments – with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. It is a practice of rest andrestoration complements your regular yoga practice or other fitness modalities. Beginner friendly!
Class duration is an hour and fifteen minutes.

Thuy Do - Yoga Bio
“Thuy was introduced to yoga in 2008 and have been a regular practitioner ever since. Her curiosity has led her to practice in Santa Barbara, New York, and San Diego. Thuy obtained a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) certification in Fall 2020, focusing on Vinyasa and Restorative. Currently, she is taking a 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) to deepen and expandher yoga knowledge in Yin and Yoga Nidra. With her background in public health and psychology, Thuy believes that yoga is a powerful instrument for holistic healing of the mind,body, and soul through intentional movement and breath. She isdelighted to guide others to explore their inner strength andharmony with creativity and mindfulness. Thuy enjoys jamming with her husband, indoor cycling, volunteering, dancing, and taking their chiweenie terrier to the dog park.”
