Whether you’re new to yoga, you’ve taken a long break from classes, or you’d simply like to dive a little deeper into your own practice, our Intro to Yoga class is the perfect space to explore, learn, ask questions, and enter gently into finding your own body’s unique, beautiful balance. In this class, Alise will breakdown some of the mysteries, intimidations, and confusions around yoga through gently clarity. She will help you learn and identify different asanas, or poses, as well as help you explore different modifications to achieve balance within YOUR body
All levels welcome. Alise has adaptive training, and all abilities are welcome to her classes.
