Sail away on a creative journey inward, beginning with an opening prompt to meet yourself in the present before immersing yourself in the lights and sounds of the back studio. Guided by the meditative sounds of Himalayan singing bowls and quartz crystal bowls, played by the lovely Christi of Sounds Like A Dream, we will intuitively paint and explore the depths of our shadows in glowing light.
