Thank you for committing to taking care of yourself.
Hopefully, by being a part of our group you will discover a little something about yourself, make new friends, and find the support you need to fill your mama tank.
We are a group of mamas of autistic children and other special needs. We get together monthly to support and inspire each other through art and other creative outlets. Each class will have a centering topic that we will discuss then we create art.
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
This is about the process, not the product.
We also have a book club that meets twice a month, the occasional mamas night out, and virtual meet ups.
Our goal is to connect with other like minded mamas, inspire, and support each other.
Mama time only, no kids unless otherwise specified.

Our topic for discussion is inclusion. What does the word mean, what does the practice mean, what does it mean for our children?
Our project: we will work with paint and metallics on canvas.
