Fabulous Feeling Feet Friday!
Did you know that taking care of your feet not only helps your feet, but potentially your knees, hips, back and more? It’s true! The fascia in your feet connects to the rest of your body. Taking care of that fascia can benefit the whole body. In this 45 minutes workshop, you will use massage balls to gently massage the feet to release tension, and learn specific exercises to restore overall foot function! You will leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.
This workshop is suitable for most, but you should be cleared for gentle movement. These moves can be done standing or sitting. Chairs will be provided if you prefer to sit. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Massage balls will be provided for class use.
Pre-registration is encouraged, but not required.
